What to Expect

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, quiet space. Each session includes:

  • A brief introduction and guided settling

  • A sound journey with crystal bowls and grounding instruments

  • Time for gentle reflection or connection afterward

Preparing for Your Session

  • Please bring a yoga mat or comfort pad

  • If getting to the floor is an issue, bring a comfy chair instead

  • A blanket and/or pillow

  • Water

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Optional - a journal & pen for reflection after your session.
